Step 1.

Everything awesome starts with coffee. We first meet virtually or in person with our fave mug and a notebook. We talk all things you & your brand and your media needs. This is where I learn more about you, your brand, and your business.
You feel like you're working with less of a stranger and I discover more about how I can meet your needs as your photographer.
This step isn't required for all session types, but encouraged because I love lattes!

Step 2.

Now that we've gotten to know each other, it's time to get on the same page visually!
I'll get some mood boards designed that express your brand, business, colors, words, props, products, style, even fonts. You give your feedback, so I can feel your vibes which help me create the best images for you!
This is also the stage where I'll send you inspiration for what to wear and how to prep if applicable.

Step 3.

This is when I gather all the items that match the style you desire based on all our previous communications.
You'll be kept in the loop to make sure I'm not buying a pink elephant if you for some unexplained reason hate pink elephants.
*This step is mainly for custom styled stock sessions, but sometimes applies to branding photo sessions and product photos.

Step 4.

Time to play! This is when our session begins!
As I finish a product or custom stock session, I'll send contact sheets for feedback. I'll shoot another session if any adjustments are needed (max 3 sessions).
Once you approve of the work, I'll finish the edits.
If this is a portrait session, I'll pick the best that resulted from our time together and edit those for your use!

Step 5.

Now that the edits are all complete, I'll upload the finished photos as a password protected file.
I'll send you all the info to access your photos! If you were on a payment plan, I'll hold the password until final payment is made. Then you can download the file (.zip usually) and start using them online!

If you're a blogger or other type of client that will be working with me repeatedly, I'll set up your personal page on my site at this point and put the access to our first session together on your page!
